Professionally, I think of myself as a "solutions architect," providing those I serve with actionable strategies and skills, a Swiss Army knife, to take the obstacles in our paths and build on the opportunities they offer.

At Solution-Driven Change, our mission is to alleviate suffering and foster the discovery and achievement of potential through applying evidence-informed, reliable, and practical psychological change principles. Strategies, interventions, and tools are tailored to the current needs and unique life circumstances of those seeking help. We are pandemic-tested, Covid-toughened, and determined to be of service to individuals, couples, and families both in-person and digitally.

I strive to be challenging and direct, but not judgmental; open-minded and willing to let people explore options in life; careful to not rush to diagnose and pathologize ; and deeply respectful of the intricacies of the human condition.

I’ve been a clinical psychologist in private practice for 35 years and my passion for helping people grows each year. I treat a broad spectrum of behavioral, emotional, and interpersonal disorders. I treat the person, and not just the disorder, using a comprehensive, individualized strategy that includes a wide range of clinical skills and interventions.

The meaning of my professional life lies in helping the people I serve discover and realize the meaning of their lives. I am relentless in the pursuit of that intention.
